A week of first-hand answers

Placement week is the one stretch of the year where most of the firm is off the trading floor and on campus. Our traders, quant researchers and low-latency engineers run every session themselves, from the opening talk to the last interview slot.

We keep the format plain: a short talk on what the desk actually does, a written round on probability and systems, and interviews that look like a working session rather than a quiz. Students who make it through meet the team they would join, not a hiring panel.
